Oriental Carpets started making carpets of rare designs
with unbelievable colour combinations in the early 19th
century, which have till now won a name for us in every
nook and corner of the world.
We have also the privilege of having served
many historical personalities of the worked and re in
possession of some rare collections of carpets famous
all the worked over. In addition we have a large cottage
industry with about 8000 families working for us, manufacturing
exquisite handicrafts.
Shahtoosh shawls as also Jamawars, which
have a name all over the world, and also pashmina, derived
from sheep in Ladakh, are our principal concern and
the needle embroidery work on these shawls in something
worth looking at. At Badshah Oriental carpets, we have
the treasure of Hand-knotted oriental carpets in wool
and silk combination would prove to be a treasure of
everlasting glory.
Infrastructure: We have a large
cottage industry with about 8000 families working for
us, manufacturing exquisite handicrafts carpets. All
our carpets are hand knotted hand made. We have regular
production of 4000 to 5000 square feet of carpets per
month. The carpets are manufactured in our factory at
Sri Nagar, Kashmir, which is one of the largest weaving
factory. We can make carpets in different sizes starting
from 9 * 12 feet to 6 * 9, 6 * 4, 2 * 3 feet. We can
make large carpets also in the size of 12 * 18 and 10
* 14 feet.
We make carpets of different varieties
like wool carpets, silk carpets and combination of wool
& silk carpets. Also shawls are available in different
designs and material like Jamawar shawls, Silk Pashmina
Shawls, Pure Pashmina shawls. We can manufacture all
our products as per requirement of the customer.
